Cancellations, Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please be advised that once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled as our items are custom and made to order, you may only return your purchase if the is not as described. This can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the dispatch date. All items returned must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please contact us via the platform you ordered from to obtains returns authorisation. After receiving authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging and unopened in original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer.
After receiving your return and inspection the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item postage to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you on on the relevant platform once your return has been processed.
Sale or discount corner items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Size guidance is listed for relevant items, please ensure you check this before ordering. We are not responsible for items not fitting correctly.
